Welcome to Stubbin Wood School.

On behalf of everyone at Stubbin Wood School and Nursery I would like to extend to you a very warm and sincere welcome.

All parents and carers wish to do their very best for their child's education and choosing the right school is a daunting task requiring the most careful and sensitive judgement. I hope that this website will give you an introduction to Stubbin Wood School & Nursery, how it is organised and what it has to offer your child.

The school has dedicated and well organised staff who work together with pupils, parents, governors and the local community. Their aim is to provide a friendly, happy and secure environment to promote pupils' educational, personal and social development.

Governors and staff work to a three-year plan for school development. That plan sets out our priorities in accordance with our basic aims and as a forward thinking school we pride ourselves on our achievements to date and for the future.

The success of a school is dependent upon the ability of its staff and governors to work together in partnership with parents in the best interests of the pupils. We pledge to support that partnership.
