If your child is unwell with a cold or feeling 'under the weather' please do not send them to school. The new Delta variant of the virus presents itself with different symptoms in children and being careful will result in reduced transmission. Please see our 'Coronavirus - Keeping Updated' page in the Parents section on this website.

SUMMER 2020 Nature Adventure!

As the last few days of summer, are still with us - we'll leave this page on the website for a little while longer.  It will be removed as the nights draw in!

We know that the learning of our children will have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.  We would like to reassure you that we have prepared a ‘recovery curriculum’ to help our learners gain confidence in the classroom and we will be looking closely to see if and where your child needs additional support.

Maintaining a focus on learning through the summer period will really help your child to remain focused and prepare them for the start of the new term.

The attached activities are a great way of helping your child to maintain their interest in learning.  We hope that you will find them enjoyable. This is intended to be a rewarding activity and we have set differing levels of challenge – all children are at different stages and have different abilities. You may feel that some challenges are inappropriate for your child and we think it would be great if you could adapt them to meet your child’s needs.

To reward summer effort Mrs Baker, our CEO, will be awarding Gold Stars in September for work returned to school on the first day back. Most of all, please enjoy the summer!

Enjoying the summer - exploring nature
